To ensure that our patients are consistently receiving the best quality care, the Patient Care Coordinators at Marda Loop Medical evaluate our patients’ progress, educate them about their condition and connect them with other members of our healthcare team as required. They monitor delivery of care and identify progress toward desired care outcomes so that our patients are getting the full support they deserve.
